This renovation project was driven by a family’s vision to transform their residence into a warm, welcoming sanctuary that supports a luxury social lifestyle. We reimagined the existing structure to create a bright, expansive environment that balances grand entertaining with intimate family privacy.

• Design Philosophy: The renovation focuses on a modern, light-filled aesthetic, utilizing open-plan layouts to enhance the sense of scale and spatial fluidity.

• Atmosphere: We curated an "elegant festive" ambiance—a unique blend of sophisticated styling that feels celebratory yet deeply personal and private.

• Transformation: By optimizing natural light and upgrading architectural finishes, the home was evolved from a standard dwelling into a curated masterpiece of modern elegance.
