Engineered as a strategic short-term rental investment, this apartment was designed to maximize guest appeal while maintaining high-traffic durability. The concept centers on a harmonious palette of neutrals and rich textures, curated to provide a sense of depth and luxury that stands out in the competitive Airbnb market.

• Interiors: The open-plan kitchen serves as the architectural focal point, featuring a bespoke dining table integrated into a premium marble and tinted glass island.

• Materiality: We selected finishes that balance aesthetic sophistication with longevity, ensuring the "luxury feel" remains intact through frequent guest turnovers.

• Social Layout: The seamless transition between the culinary and dining zones creates a chic, contemporary social hub, ideal for modern travelers.
