For this expansive, newly built villa, the design brief focused on merging high-end modern luxury with timeless traditional influences. We developed a sophisticated Neoclassical narrative that emphasizes grand proportions while maintaining the intimate warmth required for a family home.

• Interiors: The aesthetic is defined by "Neoclassic Luxury," utilizing architectural symmetry and refined moldings to create a sense of permanent elegance.

• Materiality: The palette is elevated through the use of rich, tactile textures, including plush velvet textiles and bespoke golden metal finishes that catch the light across the 720-square-meter floor plan.

• Atmosphere: By balancing contemporary furniture silhouettes with classical decorative elements, we achieved a space that feels both regal and relevant to modern Dubai living.

• The Result: A prestigious residential landmark in Al Khawaneej that exemplifies opulent living through a meticulous blend of heritage-inspired detail and modern craftsmanship.
