Owned by professional hoteliers, the brief for this residence was to replicate the seamless luxury and elevated service-ambiance of a high-end hotel. We designed a cohesive environment where every room communicates through a unified language of opulent materials and sophisticated styling.

• Interiors: A curated selection of premium neutral fabrics is paired with rich wood wall paneling, creating a foundation of tactile warmth and architectural depth.

• Key Features: The living and guest areas are anchored by elegant marble fireplaces and integrated TV feature walls, mimicking the focal points of a luxury presidential suite.

• Accents & Contrast: To introduce a distinct personality, we integrated soft blush pinks, deep oceanic blues, and brushed gold metals—elements that enhance the "boutique hotel" feel.

• The Result: A refined private sanctuary that delivers a perpetual vacation experience, balancing the structured luxury of a world-class hotel with the soul of a personal home.
